Discover our collection
At The Spirit Within we find quality, well-constructed furniture to give our signature face lift to. Initial surface preparation is followed by a home-made traditional treatment that reacts with the tannins in the wood. Each piece reacts differently and this is when most pieces reveal what they want to become. The surface is then further prepared and finished with two coats of Osmo Polyx-oil giving them a very durable low-maintenance surface. The result is smooth to the touch and pleasant on the eye. Some may say they have a presence, a warmth, let us know what you think?
Here at The Spirit Within we are not constrained by convention when it comes to an article's use and form.
We transform these articles into something different, unique, some may say "quirky".
No object is off limits.
Explore our Reimaginations
Whether it's a complete face lift of furniture using vinyl wrap and high quality paints and lacquers, or the complete reimagination of a HEPA ceiling filter from a manufacturing clean suite into the heart of a Shi Shi Odoshi, we create pieces that are as individual as we are.
StenciLED is where we have reimagined the common stencil. You can send us a photo or discuss with us a bespoke theme and we can create a stencil Collage that can be applied to almost any surface. If you're looking for something personal for yourself or someone else, take a look at our commissioned work.
HandLED is another of our new creative themes where we combine the human hand with LED systems to produce something a little different.
SozzLED is a reimagination of the bottle and lighting, Selected bottle(s) are painstakingly prepared and used to create room and mood lighting.
